Fills in an existing fillable PDF form — the kind with real interactive text fields, checkboxes, and dropdowns (an "AcroForm") — directly in your browser, without printing it, signing by hand, and scanning it back in.

How to use it

1. Upload a PDF that already has fillable form fields — the tool detects every text field, checkbox, radio group, and dropdown automatically.
2. Fill in each field using the generated form.
3. Click Fill Fields, review the summary, then confirm to download the completed PDF.

FAQ

My PDF shows "no fillable form fields" - why?

This tool only works on PDFs with a real interactive AcroForm already built in. Most PDFs - including scanned forms and forms flattened into plain text/images - don't have this, and adding new fields to a PDF that doesn't have them isn't supported here.

Can I still edit the fields after downloading?

No - the filled form is flattened before download, meaning the values are baked permanently into the page content and the fields are no longer interactive. This is intentional: it guarantees the filled-in values display correctly in every PDF viewer, which isn't always true for an unflattened form.

What do the field names mean?

They're the actual internal field names from the PDF itself, which can be technical or auto-generated depending on how the form was created - there's no reliable way to show a nicer label without that information.
